Description
Are you interested in picking up some extra work? Here at Belcroft Bible Church, we are in need of a few talented contractors to replace the existing northwest basement-to-grade entrance ramp, including installation of ADA railings.
The vendor’s bid price will include demolishing the existing ramp (not walls), delivering all necessary materials, pouring the ramp slab, installing and connecting new drains, testing and if necessary replacing the existing sump pump, installing ADA railings along the ramp and a safety fence above the ramp, removing and properly disposing of all debris, landscaping, arranging county inspections, and successfully completing county inspections. The bid packet includes this Request For Proposal, the architect’s specifications and the architect’s drawings, and comprises the contract to be awarded unless otherwise specified.
